I love this LFL. It's so cute and matches our house color nicely. We added some stickers and custom book marks and it's become the hit of our neighborhood. It's really well made and my husband put it together in less than an hour. I like that the shelves are adjustable so that we can have the larger books on the bottom shelf and kids' books on the top shelf.
Our Little Free Library is up and running and the only issue we had was that the pieces had to be entirely repainted before we could assemble it. It fit together well and otherwise we are very pleased.
Disappointed in the way it looks after spending so much money. I assumed that the wood would be smooth and sanded. The rough area right at eye level, right at the door handle, really detracts. I wanted it to be nice looking as well as sturdy, especially since I had to ask permission to place it in our condo community. I’m sorry, I’m new at purchasing a little library and maybe there is a lot for me to learn. But I don’t get the feeling that it is going to last by the way it looks.
Our library is amazing, only regret is not buying the bigger one. We have given hundreds of books in less then a month and have a goal of keeping it full for our community since we are one of three within a large radius. My wife and I have followed the company for years and are ecstatic to finally be here with one of our own.
Love my robin's-egg blue Little Free Library! It arrived in a timely fashion, was easy to assemble, fun to decorate and customize and is a good quality which should hold up in the elements for many years!
We put the library up in our condominium community. It is already being used! It’s very attractive and well made. We are excited to support literacy among our neighbors!
