I ordered a sign and it came bent. I got a replacement and it was the wrong charter number so got a replacement and it was bent again. Put the signs in a box! that dumb envelope doesn’t do anything. Now I have 3 useless signs

Replacement Aluminum Charter Sign

The sign looks great, and it was shipped in a timely fashion. However, it is smaller than the original charter signs, so it is not able to be used if the library has pre-existing holes from a previous sign. My library is a upcycled newspaper box, and the holes for the charter sign are drilled on the top of the box. Because it is metal, the previous holes are not able to be filled/plugged and will result in water getting into my library otherwise. Therefore, I am unable to use the new sign. It would be helpful if a note was added to the description that the new sign may not be the same size as previous ones.
